করোনা কালীন শিক্ষা সংক্রান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত সমূহ


Category of class and considering the situation, the following decisions have been taken with a view to ensuring quality education:

Classes KG to III (Sit-1: Holidays upto 30 May 2020)
a. Missed Class Test is to be dropped. ClassTest-3 is to be conducted in short
form. Result is to be prepared basing on the test (s) actually conducted/will be
conducted.
b. Classes are to be conducted on Saturday for all.
c. Additional two periods per day are to be conducted.
d. Maximum one period per week is to be conducted iro the additional subject
(i.e. subject not included by the board).

Classes KG to III (Sit-2: Holidays upto 30 June 2020)
a. Missed Class Test is to be dropped. ClassTest-3 is to be conducted in short
form. Result is to be prepared basing on the test (s) actually conducted/will be
conducted.
b. Classes are to be conducted on Saturday for all.
c. Additional two periods per day are to be conducted.
d. Maximum one period per week is to be conducted iro the additional subject
(i.e. subject not included by the board).

Classes KG to III (Sit-3: Holidays upto 31 July 2020)
a. Class Tests of half yearly are to be dropped. Result is to be prepared basing
on the test actually conducted.
b. Classes are to be conducted on Saturday for all.
c. Additional two periods per day are to be conducted.
d. Maximum one period per week is to be conducted iro the additional subject
(i.e. subject not included by the board).

Classes KG to III (Sit-4: Holidays upto 31 August 2020)
a. Chapter-wise number of periods is to be reduced (Subject teacher is to
prepare modified syllabus which is to be vetted by Asst Headmaster and approved
by respective Principal).
b. Classes are to be conducted on Saturday for all.
c. Additional two periods per day are to be conducted.
d. Maximum one period per week is to be conducted iro the additional subject
(i.e. subject not included by the board).

Classes IV, VI, VII and IX (Sit-1: Holidays upto 30 May 2020)

Classes IV, VI, VII and IX (Sit-2: Holidays upto 30 June 2020)

d. Test Exam is to be conducted covering whole syllabus. Intensive care is to be
exercised for these three classes.

d. Test Exam is to be conducted covering whole syllabus. Intensive care is to be
exercised for these three classes.

exam of Class-X is to be conducted in the 3rd week of December 2020.
Intensive care is to be exercised for these three classes. Govt decisions (if any)
regarding these three classes are to be followed.

Class XI (Sit-1: Holidays upto 30 May 2020)

exercised for HSC exam.
